How is my Artwork Shipped?

Packaging: Each piece of Original Canvas Art is meticulously packaged to ensure its protection during transit. We use high-quality materials and take extra precautions to safeguard against any potential damage.
Origin: Your artwork originates from Adelaide, South Australia, where it is carefully prepared for shipment.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping as part of our service. The cost of shipping, as well as insurance, is included in the price of the artwork. This means that once you purchase your piece, there are no additional fees for shipping or insurance.
Courier Delivery: Your artwork will be shipped via a reputable courier service to ensure safe and efficient delivery. You can expect your artwork to arrive within 14 days from the date of purchase.
We understand the importance of receiving your artwork in pristine condition, which is why we go above and beyond to ensure that it is securely packaged and promptly delivered to your doorstep. Yes, you can pay in 4 installments, the option is available underneath the Title of each piece on their sales pages.
Are there any additional fees for international shipping, taxes, or customs duties?
No, there are no hidden fees.
Can I track my shipment once it’s been dispatched?
Yes, you will be contacted with your tracking number and appropriate courier information
What if the artwork arrives damaged or with defects?
Get in touch with photos for full refund. If you are in Adelaide, South Australia, the artwork can be collected for repair.
Can I request customizations or personalizations for the artwork?
Commissions are available here.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases or interior design projects?
Absolutely, please get in touch and let me know quantity of pieces required and which pieces you desire for your project.
How do I know if the artwork will fit in my space?
Measurements of all artwork are provided in listings. Please measure your space before making a purchase.
What materials are used in creating the Original Canvas Art?
Materials used are listed in the shop listings. Generally speaking the majority of original artwork created by Claire Donovan Art are acrylics, spray paint, oil pastels, pastel crayons, gel matte medium, modelling paste and fluid acrylic inks.
How can I care for and maintain my Original Canvas Art?

Handling: Always handle the artwork with clean hands and avoid touching the surface of the canvas directly. If you need to move or transport the artwork, handle it carefully from the sides or back to avoid damaging the painted surface.

Avoid Direct Sunlight: Hang your artwork away from direct sunlight or harsh artificial light, as prolonged exposure can cause fading or discoloration over time. Consider using UV-filtering glass if displaying the artwork in a brightly lit area.
Humidity and Temperature: Maintain stable humidity and temperature levels in the room where the artwork is displayed. Extreme fluctuations in temperature or humidity can cause the canvas to expand or contract, leading to potential damage.
Hanging: Ensure that your artwork is securely hung using appropriate hooks or hanging hardware. Avoid hanging the artwork in areas with high moisture levels, such as bathrooms or kitchens, as this can promote mold growth or warping of the canvas.
Storage: If you need to store the artwork temporarily, place it in a clean, dry area away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or high humidity. Store the artwork flat or vertically, supported by acid-free materials to prevent bending or creasing.
Professional Restoration: If your artwork becomes damaged or requires restoration, seek the assistance of a professional art conservator or restorer. Attempting to repair the artwork yourself may cause further damage and decrease its value.
Digital Art Printed On Canvas
Do you ship internationally for printed canvases?
Yes, we work with a fulfillment company call Printful who have fulfilment centres worldwide. Full information is available in the shipping section at the top of the page.
How is the quality of the digital artwork printed on canvases?
The quality is excellent as the highest resolution of digital art is provided to our print partner Printful by the Artist.
Are the colours in the printed artwork accurate to what I see on my screen?
While we strive to maintain colour accuracy, it’s important to note that colours may vary slightly between what you see on your screen and the final printed artwork. This variation can occur due to differences in screen calibration, monitor settings, and the printing process itself. We work closely with our printing partners to ensure high-quality results, but subtle discrepancies in colour may still occur. If you have specific concerns about colour accuracy, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
Can I customize the size of the canvas for my chosen digital artwork?
Available canvas sizes are provided in the listing information of a particular piece of artwork.
What if I receive a canvas and there’s damage or a printing problem?
Please get in touch so I can report the problem to Printful, then you can return the Canvas Print to Printful. If there is damage to your canvas, all costs will be covered by Printful via a rebate within 30 days.
What if I give an incorrect address for my order?
Your Canvas print will be shipped to that address initially and will turn around and come back to Printful, any unclaimed artwork will be donated to charity within 30 day.
What if my package gets lost in transit?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
